Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- FREE Standard Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (48 states)
- Hawaii & Puerto Rico: We do not currently ship to these locations
- International Shipping: We ship to select international countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Available shipping destinations are determined by our Markets settings.
Delivery Times
- Contiguous US: 5-7 business days
- International (select countries): 10-21 business days depending on destination
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Packaging Each piece is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our French Bulldog and Cat decor items are wrapped securely to prevent any damage during transit.
